solid stay at iconic location
quick service easy access chair finding
i liked the pool service, it was pretty quick when i needed a drink. the beach access made it easy to go for walks. staff at the pool was very helpful with finding chairs. the rooms was a good size for me and my family.
the leaf blower early in the morning made it a little hard to sleep in.

Amazing Amenities and Beach Access!
multiple pools easy beach access attentive service
I really enjoyed the multiple pools and the warm jacuzzi. Beach access was very easy from the hotel. I did not have any trouble getting to the sand. Julio on the beach gave amazing service. He was attentive and very kind. Elizabeth was our server and she was also wonderful.

The room included a spacious layout with a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area. The bay view was beautiful. I enjoyed watching the boats. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom. That was so helpful.

The resort had many pools. I liked the variety of options for swimming and lounging. I noticed the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There was also easy access to the beach from the pool area though I think more umbrellas are needed.

The restaurants offered diverse menus. I especially liked the variety of cuisines. It took about 30 minutes to get coffee in the morning. That was a bit long though the coffee was good. There were also bars located by the pools, offering convenient drink service.

The staff at the beach was very attentive. I really appreciated their prompt service. I did notice a long line at the reception desk during peak hours! The housekeepers did a nice job and the room felt clean and tidy.

The hotel offered direct access to the beach. I enjoyed that convenience. The central location made exploring the surrounding area easier. There are many shops and restaurants nearby to visit though they may require a short drive.

great view clean restaurants flattened pillows stained towels
The room had a great view and was well-equipped. The hotel was very clean, and there were great restaurants and bars on site.
The pillows were completely flattened and offered no support. The towels , in the room , at the pool , and at the beach , were worn , fraying , and visibly stained.

Iconic Stay, Lovely Moments
beach service local spots
The beach service impressed me greatly. Gianni and Freddy were so attentive. They offered great recommendations for local spots. Our beach chair setup felt very special and relaxing. I found reading about the history of the hotel in the gallery between the Sorrento and Chateau towers very interesting, too.
I noticed there were not enough lounge chairs and umbrellas available. I had to request room cleaning at the reception each day. This was less than ideal,.

The Chez Bon Bon offers delicious croissants and gelato options. I definitely recommend it. I also noticed that there are many restaurants located on the hotel. The variety ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The hotel is beautiful. It has many pools and restaurants. the amenities are super high standard. i found the employees very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate me. i appreciated the miami style, and i definitely will recommend a stay here to enjoy a luxury hotel.

I found anthony and jamuo super helpful. They assisted me with setting everything up at the beach. gianni and yoeo were very nice beach servers. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured my needs were met. gianni brought great energy and checked in often.

Excellent Hotel Experience
attentive gianni positive attitude cute atmosphere
The beach service was really good. Gianni was very attentive and ensured my comfort throughout the day. He offered helpful advice and maintained a positive attitude. The staff at the pool were also amazing.
I booked a room with an ocean view through a third-party website. Upon arrival, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony. This was unexpected and added to the overall cost of the stay.
